1.Introduction and characteristics
SJB series of wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant pump is a single-stage single suction centrifugal pumpdeveloped by the introduction, digestion and absorption of Germany's advanced technology, combined with the actual needs of the domestic production.
All the flowing parts of the pump adopt high mechanical strength, wear resistance and good corrosion resistance of non-metal materials, after high temperature, high pressure molding. The shell is made of high quality A3 steel, which is made of high quality steel by investment casting. Mechanical seal all the selection of wear resistance, corrosion resistance of the best non pressure sintering silicon carbide refining, mechanical seal structural design is unique, reasonable structure, long service life.
The pump is widely used in temperature below 120℃, with a hard (soft) fluid solid particles of acid and alkali, salt, such as hydrofluoric acid, strong oxidizing agent, organic solvent media delivery (solid content 40%). Especially suitable for iron oxide solution, slurry, liquid cinder, lime slag conveying liquid, titanium dioxide solution, is also suitable for use in the pickling line and the metallurgical industry, acid regeneration and degreasing rates and ZhongHe Railway Station ore industry, completely replace imported products.
