Princip
CT-C series hot air circulating Drying oven adopts noise elimination and thermal stable axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The entire circulation system is enclosed to make that the heat efficiency of the drying oven increases from 3-7% of the traditional drying oven to 35-40% of the present one. The highest heat efficiency can be up to 50%. The successful design of CT-C hot air circulating oven makes that the hot air circulating drying oven in our country reach the advanced level in the world. It saves energy and increases the economic benefit.

Most of hot air is circled inside the dry oven, thus rendering hot efficiency very high and saving energy source. It is applied to intensify ventilation and equipped in the adjustable air distributing plate inside the dry oven. And hot air oven can use dried raw material and heat source, involving steam, hot water, electricity or far infrared.

CT-C hot air oven features is low noise and stable operation, with automatically controlled temperature. The applied fields are wide and can be suitable for all kinds of raw materials. It is a comprehensive.

1: Our tray dryer can be customized. Before we can work out a detailed quotation, we have to know the following information:

1) What product you are going to dry ?

2) Primary moisture (Moisture content before drying)?

3) Final moisture (Target moisture content in dried product)?

4) Treat capacity ( Process capacity in kg/batch??

5) which kinds heat source you plan to use (Hot Water, steam ,electrical)?
