for building SBS modified bitumen waterproof membrane
The SBS modified bituinous waterproof membrane is polymer modified asphalt waterproofing material.It is made by dipping the base(long fiber polyester fiber) in the SBS(Styrene Butadiene Styrene) modified bitumen,then covering double faces with SBS modified bitumen,and last finishing the upward face with fine sand,mineral flakes,PE film or aluminium foil,while downward face with fine sand or PE film.

Applicable Scope:
The SBS modified bituminous waterproofing membrane is widely uesd in waterproof and damp-proof application.
- Construction project:upper and bottom of building foundation, basement,roof garden,garage
- Traffic Project:highway,railway,bridge,tunnel,etc.
- Other projects of water seepage:pool,park,etc.
- Single layer system or double layer system.
- Clean up the base before the construction,make sure the base course clean,soild,smooth and no water.
- Don't work in rainy,windy or snowy days.
- The construction site should have some equipments for fire controls.
Construction points:
- Keep the substrate clean,dry,smooth,firm dustless and greaseless
- Base treatment of the working face:Mix coating materials uniformly first,then dilute the mixture with 5-10% solvent to and then brush the base with it.
- Mix the component A and B evenly at the ratio of 1:2 when applying with rubber scrapes or plastic scrapers.Make sure the total coating film is 1.5mm-2.0mm,and brush for 2-3 times.
- Charge mixture is supposed to be used up within 20 minutes under normal temperature
- Internal & external corners and junctures of pipes could be reinforced through non-woven fabrics.
- The products should be sealed storage in ventilated and shade place.Keep away from fire.Prevent sun and rain during transportation.
- It must be stored in cool ,dry and venytilated space
- Avoid raining,insolating,squeezing and colliding during transportation to save the packaging.
