Näbbdjur backventiler används allmänt i de krävande applikationerna i många branscher, är precision-gjuten, ett stycke elastomeriska ventiler som ger tillförlitliga återflödet förebyggande på låg tryckdifferens.  Näbbdjur backventiler tillåter fritt flöde med positiva differentialtryck.  Med negativa differentialtryck checkas återflöde.  Tryckfallet över ventilen är en funktion som är unik för näbbdjur backventiler.  De kan vara konstruerade för drift i ett par millimeter (inches) av vatten till flera hundra KPa (psi), beroende på ventilstorlek, geometri och sammansatta egenskaper.  Näbbdjur backventiler är också avsedda att börja fungera på specifika öppning och stängning trycket varierar, beroende på dina specifikationer.

The duckbill valve slip on type is a slip-on design with an integral nylon reinforced rubber sleeve, and furnished with heavy-duty clamps. The Valve can be easily installed over the pipe end. Normally, GYLDT manufactures Slip On duckbill valves from DN50mm to DN2400mm, but we can supply the valves with any dimensions to meet your needs.

The Duckbill Valve Series Housed Type is manufactured exactly the same as Flanged Type in rubber valve body, but finished with a carbon steel shell, which makes the Series Housed duckbill valve a part of the pipe line. The Valves can be installed easily between the pipes with flanges. Normally, GYLDT manufactures Housed duckbill valves from DN150mm to DN1200mm.

The Flanged Duckbill Valve in-line Type is manufactured with a nylon reinforced rubber flange design, which is used to be bolted between the pipe flanges, and the valves can act as part of the pipe line, no need for spare space. Normally, GYLDT manufactures in-line Type duckbill valves from DN50mm to DN1800mm.

Slip in-line näbbdjur ventiler

The series Duckbill Valve Slip In is a similar shape as series Duckbill Valve Slip On, but is a slip-in design. It is special manufactured for application where there is no flange joint, can be easily inserted the pipe. And the valves can act as part of the pipe line, no need for spare space. Normally, GYLDT manufactures Slip In type duckbill valves from DN50mm to DN1800mm.
